How Millionaires Win Trading Stocks
When trying to find out how to get rich fast, one of the first places many people look is to the stock market. That's a good idea since the money is out there in the stock market everyday. When I use the term stock market, I'm talking about not just the Dow Jones Industrial but any other financial place where you can buy and trade holdings to make money. For example, many foreign countries have stock markets, there's forex (forex is where you trade currencies), buying and selling gold, and more.
The concept of making money in the stock market can be simplified to buying an asset at a low price and selling at a higher price. The way people make money in the stock market is by buying many shares of a stock at a low price and holding until that stock becomes much more valuable. This is the essence of multiplying your money.
Just imagine if you had invested in Apple when it was a fledgling company selling at $3 a share! In 2011, Apple reached $400 a share. If you had just one share, you would have made $397 (not counting inflation). But if you had purchased a 1000 shares, then you would have made $3,970,000! Now do you see how you can get rich in the stock market!?
One of the most famous money makers in the stock market is Warren Buffett. Warren Buffett has become a billionaire by buying and selling companies and stocks. Buffett is so notorious for making money in the stock market, that when he invests in a company, the stock almost always jumps up in value because many people are following in his footsteps. They know Warren Buffett is a money tree and want to try and profit off his business savvy.
To start trading stocks, you just need to open up a stock trading account in one of the stock brokers online. You'll need at least $500 to begin investing in stocks but I recommend you start with at least $1,000. You also want to pick a broker that charges less than $10 a trade because every time you buy and sell a stock, it will cost you $10 or whatever the rate is. Once you have an account, do some research on companies you would like to invest in. It never hurts to invest in companies you're familiar with. Stock in companies like McDonalds, Wal-Mart, Apple, Yahoo, Google, Microsoft, ATT, and more can all be purchased. Psyched to become a millionaire now?
